Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day, once payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Options
We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
- Standard Tracked (2nd Class): 2–4 business days
- Express Tracked (1st Class): 1–2 business days
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100.
Packaging
All peptides are packaged in temperature-stable packaging. Products requiring cold-chain handling are shipped with appropriate insulation to maintain integrity during transit.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order at royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
Issues with Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
