Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Delivery Options

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

• Standard Tracked (2nd Class): 2–4 business days
• Express Tracked (1st Class): 1–2 business days

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100.

Packaging

All peptides are packaged in temperature-stable, discreet packaging. Products requiring cold-chain handling are shipped with appropriate insulation to maintain integrity during transit.

At this time, we ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.

Once dispatched, you can track your order at royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
