Returns and refunds

Peptide Biosciences Ltd supplies research chemicals in sealed vials. To protect the integrity of every batch we sell, we cannot restock or resell a product once its seal has been broken.

Your right to cancel (unopened items)
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email admin@peptide-biosciences.com with your order number. Return the item, unopened and with its seal and batch label intact, within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage unless the item was faulty or sent in error. We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back.

Items you cannot return
For hygiene and integrity reasons, we cannot accept the return of any vial, powder or serum whose seal has been broken or removed after delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(e)). Temperature-sensitive products must also be unopened and in their original packaging.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, short or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or give you a full refund, including postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Lost parcels
If your tracked parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will open a claim with Royal Mail. We will reship the order or refund it.

Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show them.
