BPC-157 + TB-500 is a research peptide combination pairing two of the most studied tissue-repair compounds in preclinical science. BPC-157 (CAS 137525-51-0) is a gastric-derived pentadecapeptide studied for angiogenesis, GI mucosal protection, and musculoskeletal healing. TB-500 (the active actin-sequestering fragment of Thymosin β4; parent compound CAS 107761-42-2) is studied for cellular migration, connective tissue repair, and cardiac regeneration pathways.

The combination is frequently investigated in preclinical recovery research due to their complementary and potentially synergistic mechanisms: BPC-157 primarily through NO-system modulation and growth factor signalling, and TB-500 through actin sequestration and LKKTETQ-domain-mediated cell migration. Available in 10 mg and 20 mg formats.

BPC-157 CAS: 137525-51-0  ·  TB-500 (Thymosin β4) CAS: 107761-42-2  ·  Purity: ≥99% HPLC (each component)  ·  Format: Lyophilised powder blend  ·  Storage: −20 °C

Research Areas: Synergistic tissue repair · Angiogenesis · Musculoskeletal recovery · GI mucosal biology · Cardiac regeneration models · Cellular migration
