CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin is a research peptide combination pairing a GHRH analogue with a selective GHRP to produce synergistic growth hormone secretagogue activity. CJC-1295 (No DAC; CAS 863288-34-0) is a 30-amino-acid GHRH analogue studied for its ability to stimulate pulsatile GH release from pituitary somatotrophs without drug affinity complex (DAC) extension. Ipamorelin (CAS 170851-70-4) is a highly selective pentapeptide GHRP that acts on the ghrelin/GHS-R1a receptor to potentiate GH secretion with minimal off-target effects on cortisol or prolactin.
