NAD⁺ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) (CAS 53-84-9) is a fundamental coenzyme present in all living cells, functioning as an electron carrier in redox reactions and as a substrate for a broad class of enzymes including sirtuins (SIRT1–7), PARPs (poly ADP-ribose polymerases), and CD38.
